I’m a lifelong artist and designer. Work in construction, design, and architectural graphic trades for decades led me to work in real estate during the last 7 years. As a successful San Francisco realtor with roots in art & design, my specialty is working with unique properties and unique clients.
I studied industrial design at the Rhode Island School of Design in the late 80‘s, came to SF in the early 90’s, live & work in the Bayview since the early 00’s.

This continuing series of paintings, begun in 2001, has been represented by several San Francisco galleries and lives in various private and corporate collections throughout the US.
My painting is a process of layering that maps the movement of fleeting ideas --a record or diagram of decision & indecision.
Information overload is everwhere.

My painting is a process of layering that maps the movement of fleeting ideas --a record or diagram of decision & indecision.
Information overload is everwhere. Believe this, want that, be these things. I hope this work is an antidote; some relief from ubiquitous demands for response or questioning.
How do I know when it's finished?
It’s close-up and far away, vertical elevation and birds-eye view,
microscopic and telescopic. There are machines, checklists, u-turns, windows, landscapes, and places to rest. I like these paintings to be like watching a show. If the scene changes each time I look again, it's probably done.
